The Incremento Shawl is knit in relaxing garter stitch with short rows for the interesting shaping in its stripes. It can be dressed up or down and will quickly become a shawl you reach for to go with many different outfits. It uses one skein of Fino yarn and one Fino Miniskein Kit by Manos del Uruguay.

Kit Contains Manos Del Uruguay Fino 100g Skein x 1 and Fino Miniskein Box x 1

We have found that if your gauge is correct and not too big you should be able to make two shawls out of one Miniskein Kit with two corresponding full skeins of Fino. Perfect for gift knitting or even making two for your wardrobe! You will want to reverse the order of the Miniskein stripe colours to ensure you have enough yarn. We recommend weighing your remaining Miniskein balls on a kitchen scale before beginning your second shawl, just to make sure. You should have 50gm in total of Miniskein colours to be able to knit a second shawl.

Notes
- In striped sections, carry yarn not in use loosely up side edge. Do not cut yarn unless instructed to.
- 17 sts and 34 rows = 4” is a blocked gauge. Before blocking, my gauge was 20 sts and 40 rows = 4”. Because of the silk content, Fino relaxes quite a lot in blocking. If your gauge is too big before blocking, you may run out of yarn.
